AI, ML & Advanced Functionality
Sage Intacct is committed to ensuring that it stays at the forefront of the functional and technology frontiers. Among other things, it leverages the extensive R&D capabilities of the broader Sage group in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and other advanced functionality. Some examples of the results of this are detailed below.
- Intelligent General Ledger uses AI-driven Outlier Detection to flag transactions that appear unusual, based on continuous analysis of your transactions.
- Sage Intelligent Time utilises AI and ML to prepare draft timesheet entries based on activity across the office automation apps that you use, often identifying billable time that would otherwise not be charged.
- AP Automation will automatically create AP invoices in Intacct from supplier-provided AP invoices, eliminating manual data capture. Typically these are provided as PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIFF or PNG files by suppliers. AP Automation uplifts data from the document and creates draft AP invoices. If you correct any information before posting, the AI/ML engine “learns” and remembers this the next time an invoice from that supplier is processed.
