AP Advanced Remittance Advices
This product provides an enhanced email remittance advice layout, with the option to have an entirely customised format, and additional advanced functionality.
- A well-designed remittance advice layout in the body of emails.
- The option to have an entirely custom-designed layout.
- Select one or more email addresses to send advices to, by supplier if required.
- Specify the logo, “From” details, Subject field and body message, at a global and / or per-entity level.
- Emailed advices are recorded and tracked in the standard Intacct email logs.
- The product resides within Intacct. All persistent data remains within Intacct, and Intacct security is enforced.
AP Advanced Payments
This product enhances efficiency when processing larger volumes of suppliers and invoices.
- After defining filters, the first list view provides a summary by supplier of invoices due and available credits.
- Drill down into individual suppliers to manage their invoices and credits.
- See a live running total and other details for each supplier and the overall payment run as you make changes.
- Process payments at the Top Level or for a specific Entity.
- Define flexible filters and process payments for all Payment Methods.
- All existing Intacct payment functionality co-exists with this product.
- The product resides within Intacct. All persistent data remains within Intacct, and Intacct security is enforced.
Contract Bulk Posting
This product allows you to bulk-post multiple draft contracts in the Sage Intacct Contracts module, speeding up processing while reducing manual tasks.
- Post multiple draft contracts with one click.
- Specify multiple list views, where you define the columns to appear in the contract list.
- Add filters on any column to select the required contracts to post.
- Use the contract line start dates as the posting date, or override individual contract posting dates.
- An email is sent with the results of each bulk posting run.
- The product resides within Intacct. All persistent data remains within Intacct, and Intacct security is enforced.
